Membership. UnityPass, CookUnity’s optional membership, costs $23.99 plus tax every 28 days and needs an active CookUnity plan. It drops the delivery fee ($9.99 or $11.99 an order, depending on your ZIP code) and covers up to three premium meals an order at the standard meal price. CookUnity says it pays for itself in two orders; on the delivery fee alone it takes three orders in those 28 days, and weekly deliveries make four. - Chilled, in an insulated tote or box with gel packs. Nobody has to be home, but CookUnity says a box should not sit outside more than an hour. On CookUnity’s site: Do I need to be home to receive my order?
- In the fridge

To skip or change a box:
- On your Home Page, click the delivery day you want to skip.
- Select Skip this order.
- Click Confirm Skip; a Skipped label appears on the date and an email confirms it.
To cancel:
- Log in, click your Account icon (the circle with your initials, bottom left) and select Settings.
- Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
- Choose a reason and tick the box that you agree to cancel.
- Click Cancel my subscription, then look for the confirmation email.
- Skip a delivery: yes, before the cutoff.
- Longer break: pause up to 8 weeks.
- Cancel: online, for future deliveries.
