How to skip, pause or cancel CookUnity

Cancel online in 4 steps, by noon, four to six days before delivery, depending on where you live. Miss the cutoff and the next box still ships and is charged: about $72.33–$88.13 for three dinners for two at full price, shipping included.

Cancel CookUnity

  1. Log in, click your Account icon (the circle with your initials, bottom left) and select Settings.
  2. Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Choose a reason and tick the box that you agree to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel my subscription, then look for the confirmation email.

CookUnity charges your card at the cutoff, which is four to six days before delivery depending on where you live. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

Credits left on your CookUnity account may be lost when you cancel; use them first.

Then add a weekly reminder to your own calendar.

Skip one box

  1. On your Home Page, click the delivery day you want to skip.
  2. Select Skip this order.
  3. Click Confirm Skip; a Skipped label appears on the date and an email confirms it.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Pause for longer

  1. Click Account (the circle with your initials, bottom left) and open My Plan.
  2. Click Pause Plan and choose 2 to 8 weeks.
  3. Confirm; an email shows the weeks paused and when deliveries restart.

CookUnity pauses for up to eight weeks, then restarts deliveries on its own: note the restart date.

What happens after the cutoff

The location-specific cutoff controls whether the next order can still be changed. The amount above is CookUnity’s stated $10.39–$12.69 a meal × 6, with $9.99–$11.99 shipping by ZIP, before tax.
