To skip or change a box:
- Log in and pick the week from the menu at the top of the page (orders show four weeks ahead).
- Skip that week, or skip it from your cart on the right of the page.
To cancel:
- Log in and open My Account from the icon menu at the top right.
- Go to Subscription and click Change Subscription. Cancel Subscription is below the Pause option.
- Answer the short survey and follow the steps until the cancellation is complete.
- In the app: the profile icon at the bottom right, My Subscription, then Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Skip a delivery: yes, before the cutoff.
- Longer break: pause for 6, 8 or 10 weeks.
