How it arrives
Left at the door with insulated liners and ice packs that keep it cold for several hours. Proteins are frozen when packed, so they may arrive frozen or thawed. On Gobble’s site: What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
In the fridge

In the freezer

Recycling the box
The box goes in cardboard recycling. Cut gel packs open, put the gel in the trash and recycle the outer plastic; the bubble-wrap liner is recyclable locally, and the denim liner can be recycled or sent free to Blue Jeans Go Green. On Gobble’s site: How to recycle my Gobble box
Something missing or damaged

Skip, pause or cancel Gobble

Change, skip or pause by 11:59 PM on the Wednesday of the week before delivery. Gobble does not name a time zone. Your Delivery Calendar shows each week’s deadline, and Gobble can send text and calendar reminders from Account Settings. Why some times are approximate.

To skip or change a box:

  1. Go to your Delivery Calendar and click Manage Delivery for the week you want to skip.
  2. Choose Skip this Delivery, give a reason and click Skip This Delivery again.
  3. The calendar shows the week as skipped, and a confirmation email follows.

To cancel:

  1. Open the deactivation link on Gobble’s “How do I deactivate?” help page. It opens your subscription plans in your account.
  2. Confirm the deactivation. Gobble emails you when the account is deactivated.
