How to skip, pause or cancel Gobble

Cancel online in 2 steps, by 11:59 PM on the Wednesday of the week before delivery. Miss the cutoff and the next box still ships and is charged at the price in your Gobble cart.

Cancel Gobble

  1. Open the deactivation link on Gobble’s “How do I deactivate?” help page. It opens your subscription plans in your account.
  2. Confirm the deactivation. Gobble emails you when the account is deactivated.

Gobble does not name a time zone. Your Delivery Calendar shows each week’s deadline, and Gobble can send text and calendar reminders from Account Settings. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

After the Wednesday deadline the next delivery is already final, so a cancellation takes effect after that box.

Your next delivery

Find the cutoff for your delivery date

Then add a weekly reminder to your own calendar.

Skip one box

  1. Go to your Delivery Calendar and click Manage Delivery for the week you want to skip.
  2. Choose Skip this Delivery, give a reason and click Skip This Delivery again.
  3. The calendar shows the week as skipped, and a confirmation email follows.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Pause for longer

Gobble describes a break as skipping: up to four weeks ahead. It can also change your plan to a box every 2, 3 or 4 weeks if you ask its support team.

What happens after the cutoff

Once the cutoff passes, the next box can no longer be changed.
