Calculator and matcher inputs

Calculations and matching run in your browser. Household answers and entered costs stay in your browser and are not sent to analytics, an application server or a meal service. We do not ask for an address, ZIP code, payment information or account login.

When you follow a connected tool action, the chosen service, plan and household settings are carried in this tab’s session storage. The transfer expires after 30 minutes and is consumed by the next tool. Costs entered in the calculator are not stored in that transfer. Clearing the tab’s site data removes it.

Service links open the official website, where its own privacy policy applies. WhichMealKit does not append your household answers or prices to those links and uses a no-referrer policy.

Analytics

We use two measurement services to see which pages and tools are useful: Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, European Union) and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States). Plausible counts visits and actions without cookies and without any identifier that follows you between sites; it may receive the page that referred you here. Google Analytics runs with analytics storage, advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation all denied before any Google code loads, so it makes cookie-free requests and sets no advertising identifier. We send page addresses without query strings or fragments. Both providers receive technical connection information, such as browser type and IP address. Event details are general action categories, never your household choices, cart amounts or contact text.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and neither measurement service sets one here. What the site does use is this tab’s session storage, to carry a chosen service and household between two tools; it expires after 30 minutes, is consumed by the next tool and never leaves your browser. Clearing this site’s data removes it.

Who else receives data, and why

• Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), for page and action measurement. Its privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Plausible Insights OÜ, for cookie-free page measurement, hosted in the European Union.
• The meal service you choose to visit, when you follow a link to its site. That visit is governed by its own privacy policy. We append nothing to those links and send a no-referrer policy.
• If a display advertising network is ever added here, this page will name it and describe what it receives before the first advertisement is served.

If you are in the EEA or the UK

Measurement runs on the legitimate interest of understanding which pages and tools are used, with advertising and personalisation consent denied by default and no cross-site identifier set. We do not sell or share personal information, and we run no profiling or automated decision-making. You can ask what we hold, ask for correction or deletion, or object to measurement, through the contact page. Because we hold no account and no identifier for you, a request usually has to be matched to a specific page and time. Measurement data is retained by Google for 14 months and by Plausible in aggregate form without an expiry.
