2 people × 3 dinners: a starting example.

6 items

Choose Daily Harvest if

You want frozen bowls, smoothies and flatbreads for lunches, breakfasts or snacks, picked item by item.

Look elsewhere if

You want complete dinners for the week (Factor, CookUnity or Splendid Spoon).

Check before you order

The six-item minimum is not six dinners: you decide which items replace a meal. Prices are set item by item.

How much Daily Harvest costs

Daily Harvest prices each item in its shop, so the box total depends on what you pick.

The first-box deal is a separate, lower number that applies only at the start. Work out your own cart after the deal.

How Daily Harvest works

Frozen prepared bowls, smoothies, flatbreads, grains, and other components; do not treat every item as an interchangeable dinner entrée.

The six-item minimum does not mean six complete dinners. You decide how many selected items will replace a meal, so this catalog is excluded from automatic dinner-portion matching.

What each kind of preparation asks of your kitchen.

Daily Harvest labels plant-based / vegan choices on its menu. Ingredient and preference labels are not an allergen-safety or medical guarantee.
