Kits to cook

Green Chef’s Mediterranean plan has 10 new recipes a week, and Marley Spoon’s Mediterranean choice puts plant foods and “good” fats first. Home Chef promises at least two Mediterranean kits a week, enough for two dinners from one box. On the HelloFresh and Sunbasket menus the Mediterranean dishes sit among everything else, so their number changes each week: three dinners for two needs three of them on that week’s menu.

Meals to heat

Factor describes its Mediterranean meals as built on olive oil, lean proteins and high-fiber vegetables and grains; CookUnity’s come from its chefs, ready to heat. Both sell single meals by the box, so a Mediterranean week is a box filled from that part of the menu.
