How to skip, pause or cancel Purple Carrot

Cancel online in 4 steps, by 11:59 PM Eastern on the Tuesday before delivery. Miss the cutoff and the next box still ships and is charged: about $91.50–$97.50 for three dinners for two at full price, shipping included.

Cancel Purple Carrot

  1. Log in and open My Account from the icon menu at the top right.
  2. Go to Subscription and click Change Subscription. Cancel Subscription is below the Pause option.
  3. Answer the short survey and follow the steps until the cancellation is complete.
  4. In the app: the profile icon at the bottom right, My Subscription, then Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.

Purple Carrot adds a new week each Wednesday and shows orders four weeks ahead. After the Tuesday deadline the order cannot change. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

Skip one box

  1. Log in and pick the week from the menu at the top of the page (orders show four weeks ahead).
  2. Skip that week, or skip it from your cart on the right of the page.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Pause for longer

  1. Log in and open My Account from the icon menu at the top right.
  2. Go to Subscription and click Change Subscription.
  3. Choose Pause and pick 6, 8 or 10 weeks.

What happens after the cutoff

Once the cutoff passes, the next box can no longer be changed. The amount above is Purple Carrot’s stated $13.25–$14.25 a serving × 6, with $12 shipping, free from $120, before tax; some ZIP codes add $15.
