Changes, skips and cancellations close at 11:59 PM Eastern on the Saturday before your Friday delivery; after that they apply to the week after. Only the meals on its Low-FODMAP plan are certified low-FODMAP: its other plans’ meals may contain FODMAPs, its questions page says.

  1. Sign in to your account on its site, or call 888-766-3439, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
  2. Skip the week you don’t want. You can skip several weeks at once instead of cancelling, ModifyHealth says.
  3. Do it by 11:59 PM Eastern on the Saturday before; a message it gets by then counts even when its phone line is closed. After that, the skip applies to the week after.

To cancel:

  1. Sign in to your account on its site, or call 888-766-3439, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription and pick a reason; ModifyHealth offers to skip future deliveries instead.
  3. Choose Cancel My Subscription, which cancels all future deliveries. Do it by 11:59 PM Eastern on Saturday, or the next Friday’s meals still come.
