Change, skip or pause by 11:59 PM five days before delivery (your order shows the time zone). Factor’s cancel page gives Pacific time; its how-it-works page gives Central time. Your upcoming order shows which applies to you. Why some times are approximate.

To skip or change a box:

  1. On the website: log in and choose the delivery date you want to skip.
  2. Click Edit Delivery, then choose Skip Week in the pop-up.
  3. In the app: go to the week, tap the three dots next to the delivery date and choose Skip Week.

To cancel:

  1. On a computer: log in and open Plan Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Status section and click Deactivate My Plan.
  3. Click Cancel Anyway, choose a reason and click Deactivate Now.
