Skip one box
- On the website: log in and choose the delivery date you want to skip.
- Click Edit Delivery, then choose Skip Week in the pop-up.
- In the app: go to the week, tap the three dots next to the delivery date and choose Skip Week.
Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.
Pause for longer
Factor treats deactivating your plan as pausing deliveries indefinitely; you can reactivate when you are ready.
What happens after the cutoff
The next delivery proceeds when the cutoff has passed. The amount above is Factor’s stated $10.99–$13.99 a meal × 6, before shipping and tax; the exact price shows after you enter a ZIP code.
Work out the cutoff for your delivery and download a weekly reminder.

Questions
Can you cancel Factor at any time?
Yes, online, in 3 steps. A box already past its cutoff still ships and is charged.
When is the Factor cutoff?
11:59 PM Pacific, five days before the next delivery. Factor’s cancel page gives Pacific time; its how-it-works page gives Central time. Your upcoming order shows which applies to you.
Can you pause Factor instead?
Factor’s longer break: deactivate, then reactivate when you are ready. The steps are under “Pause for longer” above.
Can you come back after cancelling?
Yes. Factor lets you reactivate your plan from your account.
If you are switching rather than stopping
You want to order once without a subscription, or 16 meals in one box (CookUnity sells both).
