Skip, pause or cancel Green Chef

Change, skip or pause by 11:59 PM Pacific, five days before delivery. Green Chef charges your card just after this cutoff. It writes the time as PST all year round; your upcoming order shows the exact time. Why some times are approximate.

To skip or change a box:

  1. Go to the week you want to skip in My Menu.
  2. Select Edit Delivery, then Skip this week, and confirm.
  3. In the app: Edit delivery, then Skip this week.

To cancel:

  1. Log in, open the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Account section and click Deactivate your Plan.
  3. Give a reason and click Deactivate now.
