Change, skip or pause by 11:59 PM Central, five days before delivery. For a Sunday delivery EveryPlate says “the previous Friday”, which is not five days; check the time on your upcoming order. Why some times are approximate.

To skip or change a box:

  1. On the website: open My Menu and click Edit Delivery, then skip the week.
  2. In the app: go to the week, tap the three dots at the top right and choose Skip Week.

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings and scroll to Deactivate your Plan.
  2. Choose Cancel anyway and give a reason.
  3. Click Deactivate now.
