Skip one box
- On the website: open My Menu and click Edit Delivery, then skip the week.
- In the app: go to the week, tap the three dots at the top right and choose Skip Week.
Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.
Pause for longer
EveryPlate describes a pause as skipping a week, up to five days before delivery.
What happens after the cutoff
Changes after the cutoff do not stop the next box. The amount above is EveryPlate’s stated $6.99 a serving × 6, before shipping and tax.
Work out the cutoff for your delivery and download a weekly reminder.

Questions
Can you cancel EveryPlate at any time?
Yes, online, in 3 steps. A box already past its cutoff still ships and is charged.
When is the EveryPlate cutoff?
11:59 PM Central, five days before the next delivery. For a Sunday delivery EveryPlate says “the previous Friday”, which is not five days; check the time on your upcoming order.
Can you pause EveryPlate instead?
EveryPlate’s longer break: skip the weeks you want off; no set pause length. The steps are under “Pause for longer” above.
Can you come back after cancelling?
Yes. EveryPlate lets you reactivate your plan from your account.
If you are switching rather than stopping
You want a two-recipe box (Dinnerly and HelloFresh start at two), or one dinner for one person without a second portion (prepared meals such as Factor).
