How to skip, pause or cancel Sunbasket

Cancel online in 4 steps, by Wednesday at noon Pacific in the week before delivery. Miss the cutoff and the next box still ships and is charged at the price in your Sunbasket cart.

Cancel Sunbasket

  1. Sign in at sunbasket.com.
  2. Click your profile name or icon and select Account Settings.
  3. Click Manage My Subscription, then Cancel My Subscription.
  4. Follow the prompts and give a reason. A confirmation email follows.

Sunbasket charges the order at this cutoff. Your account schedule shows the cutoff for each delivery. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

Once a delivery is charged it cannot be changed or cancelled online. Sunbasket says its customer service may still help if you contact it by the Thursday after the charge.

Then add a weekly reminder to your own calendar.

Skip one box

  1. Log in and open Schedule.
  2. Skip the week you do not want before the Wednesday cutoff.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Pause for longer

Pause up to 12 weeks. Deliveries restart on their own after the pause, so put the restart date in your calendar.

What happens after the cutoff

Selections and schedule must be changed before the Wednesday cutoff.
