How to skip, pause or cancel Splendid Spoon

Cancel online in 3 steps, by the “edit by” date in your account. Miss the cutoff and the next box still ships and is charged: about $59.94 for three dinners for two at full price, plus shipping.

Cancel Splendid Spoon

  1. Log in at splendidspoon.com and open the Account tab.
  2. Scroll to Your Subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Go through the reason prompts and finish by clicking “cancel my subscription” in red.

Splendid Spoon’s help page says your account shows an “edit by” date, with changes allowed until 11:59 PM Eastern that day; its terms of service give the Thursday and Sunday times. Go by the date in your account. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

If your next order has already been charged, only Splendid Spoon’s customer service can cancel it, and once the warehouse has sent it there are no refunds or credits. A first plan with a commitment of several weeks can be skipped but not cancelled during that term.

  1. Open My Account on splendidspoon.com. Your next order shows a “can be changed until” date.
  2. While it can still change, click Skip Delivery (or Reschedule) beside the delivery date.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Pause for longer

Splendid Spoon describes a break as skipping or rescheduling a delivery while your account says it can still change.

What happens after the cutoff

A multi-week initial commitment can be skipped but not canceled during the committed term. The amount above is Splendid Spoon’s stated $9.99 a meal × 6, before shipping and tax.
