How to skip, pause or cancel HelloFresh

Cancel HelloFresh

  1. Log in, click your name at the top right, then Account Settings.
  2. On the Plan settings page, scroll to the Status section and click Cancel Plan.
  3. Follow the prompts until a message confirms the cancellation.

HelloFresh writes the time as PST all year round; your upcoming order shows the exact time. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

Skip one box

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open My Menu.
  3. Select the delivery day of the week you want to skip, then click Skip Week.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.
