How to skip, pause or cancel Dinnerly

Cancel online in 3 steps, by six to seven days before delivery, depending on where you live. Miss the cutoff and the next box still ships and is charged: $83.92 for three dinners for two at full price, shipping included.

Cancel Dinnerly

  1. Log in and open the Account tab.
  2. In Manage subscription, select Manage subscription, then Cancel your account and Continue.
  3. Follow the prompts, then select Cancel account and Proceed.

Dinnerly’s cutoff depends on where you live; your upcoming order shows it. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

Then add a weekly reminder to your own calendar.

Skip one box

  1. Go to Orders.
  2. Under the order you want to skip, click Skip this order and follow the prompts to Skip Order.
  3. Scroll down, click Save Changes and Confirm.
  4. In the app: tap Upcoming, choose the date, then Manage and Skip this box.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Skip up to 8 weeks ahead.

What happens after the cutoff

Edits after the location-specific cutoff do not change the upcoming order. The amount above is $71.93 food + $11.99 shipping, before tax.
