Skip one box
- Log in and open Your Upcoming Orders.
- Scroll to the week you do not want and click Manage Delivery.
- Choose Skip This Week’s Delivery. A confirmation email follows, and the week is marked as skipped.
Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.
Pause for longer
- Follow the cancel steps above. Before you confirm, choose a restart date if you want deliveries to start again on that date.
- Leave the restart date empty to stay stopped until you reactivate.
Tempo’s pause is its cancellation. To remove a restart date you have already set, reactivate your account, then pause again without one. To slow down instead of stopping, choose Biweekly or Monthly under Account Settings, Subscription: Tempo moves your next delivery two or four weeks out from your last delivery day, so check the schedule after saving.
What happens after the cutoff
Once the Wednesday cutoff has passed, the order is final and is charged; Tempo does not cancel or refund it. The amount above is $80.88 food + $10.99 shipping, before tax.
Work out the cutoff for your delivery and download a weekly reminder.

Questions
Can you cancel Tempo at any time?
Yes, online, in 3 steps, except your first order: for that, contact Tempo’s support team. A box already past its cutoff still ships and is charged.
When is the Tempo cutoff?
12 PM Central on the Wednesday before the delivery week. Tempo writes 12 PM CST, and charges your card for the order at that cutoff.
Can you pause Tempo instead?
Tempo’s longer break: pause, which cancels, with an optional restart date. The steps are under “Pause for longer” above.
Can you come back after cancelling?
Yes. Tempo lets you reactivate your plan from your account.
If you are switching rather than stopping
You want vegetarian or vegan meals (Factor has a Vegan + Veggie menu), to order once without a subscription (CookUnity), or to cook (Home Chef, which runs Tempo).
