How to skip, pause or cancel Nurture Life

Cancel Nurture Life

  1. Sign in and open Account.
  2. At the bottom of the page, follow the link “To cancel your subscription, please click here” and the steps after it.
  3. Do it before your cutoff, shown under each week on your Orders page: after it, that order ships as your last and is charged.

Nurture Life’s cutoff is set by your delivery day and stays the same each week. Your Orders page shows it under each week, a reminder email titled “Please Review Your Upcoming Order” comes before it, and your card is charged as soon as it passes. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

Skip one box

  1. Sign in and open your Orders page.
  2. Find the week you want to skip, choose VIEW & EDIT, then SKIP OR RESCHEDULE.
  3. In the window that opens, choose SKIP ORDER INSTEAD, before that week’s cutoff, which shows under the delivery date.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Pause for longer

Nurture Life says you can skip, pause or cancel any time before your cutoff, but its help center gives steps only for skipping a week and for cancelling.

What happens after the cutoff

Your card is charged right after your cutoff; an order past it can’t be skipped or changed, and a cancellation after it lets that order ship as your last. The amount above is $53.83 food + $11.99 shipping, before tax.
