Pause for longer
Mom’s Meals’ pages describe no skip or pause. You can change the meals in the next order before the cutoff, cancel Subscribe & Save with a week’s notice, or order once whenever you want more.
What happens after the cutoff
After 12 PM Central on the business day before it ships, the order can no longer be changed; cancelling Subscribe & Save may not stop an order you have already been charged for.
Work out the cutoff for your delivery and download a weekly reminder.

Yes, online, in 3 steps. Cancel before the charge date in its weekly email, typically 5 or 6 days before delivery; an order already charged may still ship.
When is the Mom’s Meals cutoff?
Changes until 12 PM Central on the business day before your order ships. To cancel Subscribe & Save, give a week’s notice and cancel before the charge date, which Mom’s Meals emails each week and prints on deliveries: typically 5 or 6 days before delivery.
Can you pause Mom’s Meals instead?
Mom’s Meals’ longer break: no skip or pause described: cancel Subscribe & Save, or order once when you want more. The steps are under “Pause for longer” above.
Can you come back after cancelling?
There is nothing to restart: order 10, 14 or 21 meals once whenever you want more, or choose Subscribe & Save again when you order.
If you are switching rather than stopping
You want fewer than ten meals at a time (CookUnity and Tempo start at four), keto or vegan menus (Factor), or meals you cook yourself (HelloFresh, Home Chef).
