How to skip, pause or cancel Little Spoon

Cancel online in 3 steps, by 5 PM Eastern on the Saturday before your delivery. Miss the cutoff and the next box still ships and is charged: $71.91 for 8 single meals at full price, shipping included.

Cancel Little Spoon

  1. Log in and open My Products + Orders.
  2. Choose Edit beside the product you are cancelling, then choose to cancel.
  3. If you have more than one product, cancel each on its own, by 5 PM Eastern on the Saturday before your next delivery.

Little Spoon writes 5:00 PM EST, emails a reminder the Thursday before, and bills on Saturdays. Keep the confirmation email or screen until your next delivery date has passed.

Your first order can’t be cancelled once it is placed. Little Spoon’s Care Team can move its delivery or change the meals in it instead.

Skip one box

  1. Log in to your Little Spoon account and open the Delivery Schedule tab.
  2. Skip the delivery you don’t want. You can skip up to 4 deliveries at a time, since it shows orders 2 months ahead.
  3. Do it by 5 PM Eastern on the Saturday before that delivery.

Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.

Pause for longer

  1. Log in and open My Products + Orders.
  2. Choose Edit under the product you want to pause and follow the steps.
  3. Do it by 5 PM Eastern on the Saturday before your next delivery.

Little Spoon pauses from My Products + Orders, one product at a time. It gives no longest pause, and neither a first order nor a delivery past the Saturday cutoff can be paused.

What happens after the cutoff

After the Saturday cutoff the next delivery can’t be paused or cancelled, and your first order can’t be cancelled at all; that delivery ships and is charged. The amount above is $61.92 food + $9.99 shipping, before tax.
