How to skip, pause or cancel Clean Eatz Kitchen

There is nothing to skip, pause or cancel: Clean Eatz Kitchen has no subscription, and every order is bought once. To cancel an order you have placed, email its support team before the order is packed.

Cancel an order

  1. Email Clean Eatz Kitchen’s support team as soon as you can, at the address on its contact page, with your order number and the email address you ordered with.
  2. Ask for the order to be cancelled. If it has not entered fulfillment, Clean Eatz Kitchen cancels it for a full refund.
  3. Once the order is prepared, packed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled. If something arrives wrong, email support within 7 days of delivery with photos.

There is no subscription to pause: Clean Eatz Kitchen sends nothing until you place another order, and you reorder from your account dashboard when you want more.

Once an order is packed

Clean Eatz Kitchen’s terms say a packed or shipped order can’t be cancelled because the food is perishable. Email its support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; it replaces the items on a later order or gives store credit, or refunds them if you ask.

No. Every Clean Eatz Kitchen order is a one-time purchase, with no recurring charge and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to skip, pause or cancel.
