Skip one box
- Log in to your mybistroMD account and click Delivery Schedule in the top navigation.
- Scroll to the week you don’t want and click Skip.
- Do it by the deadline under Next Order on your dashboard, 11:59 PM Eastern that day. Its member portal lets you skip up to 6 weeks.
Skipping removes that one delivery; your plan carries on with the next one on your schedule.
Pause for longer
BistroMD calls a pause a hold: deliveries start again on their own when the hold you chose ends, and its terms warn that a vacation hold can end a discount you are still using. To skip a few weeks instead, skip up to 6 from Delivery Schedule.
What happens after the cutoff
Your cutoff is also when the next week’s box is charged; a cancellation after it still receives that final shipment. The amount above is $149.90 food + $19.95 shipping, before tax.
Work out the cutoff for your delivery and download a weekly reminder.

Questions
Can you cancel BistroMD at any time?
Yes, online, in 4 steps. Calling or emailing instead? BistroMD needs it 24 hours before your deadline, or your next delivery still ships. A box already past its cutoff still ships and is charged.
When is the BistroMD cutoff?
Changes, skips and cancellations until 11:59 PM Eastern on your own cutoff day, typically a few days before delivery. BistroMD’s cutoff is set for your order: your dashboard shows it under Next Order, with a countdown, and the next week’s box is charged then.
Can you pause BistroMD instead?
BistroMD’s longer break: skip up to 6 weeks, or put deliveries on hold. The steps are under “Pause for longer” above.
Can you come back after cancelling?
Yes: log in, open My Account and choose Update Plan to reactivate your plan, then keep an eye on the menu deadline.
If you are switching rather than stopping
You want fewer than ten meals at a time (CookUnity and Tempo start at four), to order once with no subscription (Clean Eatz Kitchen or Mom’s Meals), delivery to Alaska or Hawaii (Trifecta), or one order for several people.
